Pilates
Pilates was pioneered by the late Joseph Pilates in the early 20th century. Pilates exercises focus on building the body's core strength and improving posture. Your "core muscles" are the deep muscles of the spine, abdominals and pelvis. Like the foundations of a building or the roots of a tree, these muscles provide strength and support for your entire body.
