About Pia
Pia has been working with crystals since her early twenties and started to combine these with Reiki in 2007. She graduated in February 2012 after two years of studies with a Professional Diploma in Crystal Healing from The Crystal Heart School of Crystal Healing.
Pia has a PhD in Anthropology from UCL, London, for which she apprenticed as a weaver with Maya women in Guatemala and studied concepts of colour, pattern and identity.
She has also attended 'The Way of the Shaman' with Simon Buxton in London and the Angel Therapy Practitioner™ course with Doreen Virtue in Laguna Beach in 2005. In 2006, Pia received her Reiki I & II attunement from Laurelle Shanti Gaia and Michael Arthur Baird in Sedona, and her Reiki Master attunement in 2007 at Stonehenge by William Lee Rand.
She has also studied the Reiki Drum™ healing technique with Sarah Gregg in 2011. Recently she explored 'Plant Spirit Healing' with Pam Montgomery to understand how the energetic signature of plants affects deep healing. Pia is currently studying Flower Essences with Sue Lilly.
Pia Practices at The Little Escape on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
