During this time of Coronavirus, we are doing everything that we can to make The Little Escape as Covid-secure as possible. In line with Public Health England and all of our regulatory and professional/member bodies, we have carried out appropriate risk assessment and implemented stringent infection control procedures to help control risk on site.
This includes having gaps in between appointment to allow each practitioner to carefully change the PPE they are required to wear, and to clean and aerate the room before another client can be seen. A checklist is in place with instructions for each practitioner to follow. Practitioners are all wearing PPE as recommended by their professional/member bodies and insurers.
We have amended out email booking confirmation notifications to include some Covid-19 pre-screening questions to help determine that a face to face appointment is appropriate - in addition to this, some practitioners will be contacting customers direct with the same regard.
We need your help to follow some guidelines. We have amended our 24hr booking reminder email notification with some instructions for you on how to safely attend your appointment, this includes things like asking you to wear a mask, to arrive on time and alone where possible, to maintain social distancing, and to pay by card only (or direct bank transfer to the practitioner).
