Yoga Workshop for Post Christmas & New year’s Resolution

How’s your plans for Christmas and New Year? Do you have plans for staying away from the post-holiday blues? Do you have plans to take care of you digestive system after having a lot of festive food? Would you like to set a new year’s resolution in a holistic and practical way? Our yoga workshop can assist you to reach all these goals progressively with experienced registered yoga teacher Lydia. She is going to share the ancient wisdom of yoga which she has learnt from India and her Indian teacher in order to assist you to take care of yourself physically and emotionally. You will be guided with tips and handouts in the workshop, as well as some achievable and short exercises to practice at home daily in order to embed the teaching. In the workshop, we will do Asana (posture practice), pranayama (breathing exercise) and some mindfulness exercises. It’s a yoga workshop for all levels, designed especially for modern urban people who would like to improve their quality of life.
